I keep getting muted for no reason

Fsomething keeps muting me and putting me in azkaban and i dont know why. He just does it. No warning no explanation. He ignores me when i ask why and its getting really annoying. Fsomething why? right now i am muted where it says default when i try to talk. please help me.

I mute because you use caps ALL the time.. It gets rather annoying.
And it said default cause the chat was disabled. And, you were jailed because you taught a class when you're not allowed to. So, there are explanations and reasons.

ya i told him not to but he went ahead and taught a class as a student ......... i dident know Hogwarts had student teachers

People for some reason think that they don't have to listen to us. I hate that because when you tell them to not use caps, they do it anyways, and then you mute them and they complain. Rambo uses excessive caps and it gets rather annoying like Fhbgsdhkfbl(said his full name) said.

Im so sorry. I thought having the auror class would be ok. I used it as a way to escape boredom when the teachers cant teach. I thought it was harmless. Ill try to stop using caps. Please forgive me but give me a reason before or right after you give me a consequence.
