Warps location

If we are making a place to set warps it should be in the ministry like the movie!

We should probably put up a couple signs at spawn showing all the warps/commands for new players

Why not just do so new people get a book with all commands and warps when they first join? We could add all normal questions and answers to it aswell like in the book it will be. How do i learn spells? You learn spells from teacers during a class! And many more. Like how do i get a bed in my common room? And alot more! That would make it easier for the teachers so that when a student ask a question like how do i learn spells they can just answer read the book.

Good ideas we will definitely try to implement some of these soon.
