Rules about brooms
1. Do not beg teachers or builders for a broom.
2. Brooms are only used during class or during a quidditch match.
3. If found with a broom on you, it will be confiscated unless wms or devil said you can keep it.
4. Teachers, do not give out brooms to any students.
5. When having a broom, only fly in the qudditch field. No other place.
6. Only members of the quidditch teams can keep/use brooms.


Places where you CAN'T go with a broom.
1. Anywhere around hogwarts.
2. Flying out of hogwarts.
3. Diagon Alley

It may not be for a while, Timbote, but i'm not really sure. They are having with problems with plug-ins and also are releasing a new map, I believe. A lot of your questions can be answered by looking at previous posts, you should do that first.
