Hufflepuff Prefect Aplication By Bugatingle

My ign is bugatingle, and the reason I want to be a Hufflepuff prefect is to make Hogwarts a safer and better place. If Prefects get the same or equal power at in the books and movies, I can be the one who can keep those students in line. There are a lot of murders and abuse in the school and someone needs to take action, I believe I'd be the one for the job.
